About Me

Hey all! Thanks for taking time to check out my blog!  I am new to the scene and still working out the kinks.  It is my hope to create a special place with ideas for educators, crafts for the d.i.y. fanatic, as well as some experiences from motherhood that might make you feel better about yourself.  Let's face it, every parent feels like they're messing something up at some point!  

My name is Alisha and I am the mother of an amazing little boy who is just about to turn 5!  I currently have the joy of being a mother, a substitute teacher (with dreams of having my own classroom, but you'll hear more about that later), and the new Camp Coordinator for my county.  Family is my life, but crafting and gardening and reading are some of my other favorites!
